Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority, this is why your purchase is covered by our smooth 30 Day Returns Policy in addition to your statutory rights

Returns and Refunds

 Items purchased from our website can be refunded providing that:

  • you return the items to us within 30 days from the date you’ve received them;
  • the returned items must be new, unworn and in resalable condition;
  • items must be in their original condition and packaging with all relevant receipt/dispatch note; and,
  • please note that pierced jewellery items can only be returned in their original sealed packaging.

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Initiate a refund request by signing into your account and visiting My Account page on our website or by emailing returns@ouncejewellery.co.uk
  2. Fill in the Returns Form (included within your order)
  3. Make sure to pack the return items back in the parcel securely and send it back to us at: 11, 126 High Street, Purley, CR8 2AD, UK
  4. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of return postage. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that returns should be sent via tracked delivery service.

Once we have received, inspected and validated your returned items, we will send you an email to confirm the validation.

We will refund you by the same payment method you used to make payment. While we always try to do our best, your refund may take up to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned items from you.

You will be refunded the full price you paid for the items together with our standard delivery cost if paid initially (excluding any additional cost paid for premium delivery service, such as Saturday delivery).

Exchanges

Items purchased from our website may be exchanged for the same item in a different size, colour or length or for a different item providing that:

  • the desired item is of the same value or less than the initial purchase;
  • you return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it;
  • item must be in its original condition and packaging, new, unworn, and in resalable condition with all relevant receipt/dispatch note; and,
  • please note that pierced jewellery items can only be exchanged in their original sealed packaging.

You will be refunded any price difference in case your initial purchase was higher than the value of the desired item.

  4. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of return postage only to return the item back to us. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that items should be sent via tracked delivery service.

While we always try our best to process exchange requests quickly, it may take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned item from you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@ouncejewellery.co.uk or on +44 (0) 20 8405 8318. 

You must return any defective, damaged or incorrect item to us within 30 days of receiving the item. You may then choose to receive a replacement item or full refund.

Where the item is defective, damaged or dispatched in error by us, we will refund you the price of the item in full, together with any applicable cost paid for our standard delivery including the cost incurred returning the item back to us.

Please note that repairs or attempted repairs to our items will void our Returns Policy whether or not damage has been caused by such repair or attempted repair.
